Every asset, one scan away
Scan the tag on a forklift, a press or a compressor and its page opens: status, criticality, location, open issues and documents.

Scan the tag. QR code or barcode. If the label is worn, type the code.

Report breakdown. One button creates a task for the maintenance team. No signal? The report is saved on the phone and sent when you are back online.

Tagged out. Mark the asset as unable to operate and it shows Down, with a warning: do not operate until the breakdown is resolved.

History and documents. Maintenance history, open issues and tasks, and the manual, service manual, service inspection and repair notes for that asset.

Checklists, step by step. Write an inspection or a pre-use check once on the web dashboard. The team works through it on the phone: tick, choose, write, add a photo, sign.

Install and create your company
Get Logidot Operative from Google Play. Enter your work email and confirm it with the 6-digit code we send. You start with 14 days of Pro.

Add your assets
Name, type, make and model. Scan the barcode already on the asset, or type its code.

Invite your team
Send invitations by email, or make a join code that people scan or type in “Join my team”.
No card, and nothing to buy in the app.
